1. APPLICATIONS TO THE RESEARCH AND INNOVATION CENTRE: Send your updated curriculum vitae to the e-mail address risorseumane.centroricerca[AT]iasma.it with all your personal data (remember place and date of birth and tax code number) and information about your work experience and education. 2. WELCOME SERVICES FOR INTERNATIONAL VISITORS: The CRI administrative staff is available to assist the foreign incomers in accomplishing the practical formalities and due permanence procedures. Visit the Welcome Services webpage for more detailed information.

3. FOUNDATION TYPE COLLECTIVE CONTRACT: You can download the document "Contratto collettivo provinciale di lavoro per il personale delle Fondazioni di cui alla legge provinciale 2 agosto 2005, n. 14" (only in italian - “Provincial collective work contract for personnel of Foundations referred to in Provincial Law No. 14 dated 2nd August 2005”). In March 2009, through an Unions agreement, the salaries have been revised (see Tabella B for updated salary).You can also download a summary of employees’ rights and duties as sanctioned in the collective contract.

4. TRAINING AND WORK EXPERIENCE: The Research and Innovation Centre considers the education of students to be of fundamental importance. It therefore hosts students from Italian and foreign high schools and universities for training and work experience periods. If the student’s school or university has an arrangement with the Foundation, the student is insured against accidents by his/her sponsoring establishment. If there is no such arrangement between the the two bodies, or in the case of free training/work experience, the trainee/student must arrange for accident insurance by paying Euro 3.00 into Post Office account no. 87753695 payable to  Fondazione Edmund Mach, Via Mach 1, 38010 San Michele all'Adige (TN), P.Iva (VAT No.) 02038410227, showing as the reason for payment  “Assicurazione infortunio per tirocinante” (Trainee accident insurance). All trainees or visitors must also fill in the attendance application form. 5. PROJECT CONTRACT (Contratto a progetto) and FELLOWSHIP (Borsa di studio) CERTIFICATION: In project-based coordinated continuous collaboration contracts and fellowships, the employee or student’s tutor is expected to provide certification with regard to the correct quality of the work or study activity done each month. The form, one for contratto a progetto and one for borsa di studio (both only in italian), can be printed, signed and delivered by the tutor or delivered by email, only by the tutor email account, to the Ufficio Pianificazione e Controllo – Area Stipendi / marta.dallago [AT] iasma.it strictly within the 4th day of every month.

6. ICT SERVICES: To have access to computer services as Foundation personnel, use the Network services request form. Services provided are use of IBM Domino webmail and access to internet. Fill in and sign the form and hand it in at the Centre administrative office. To learn more about the rules governing the use of computer services, download the document ICT services: Rules and regulations. You can also access internet through Wifi. Further information can be obtained by contacting ufficio.informatica [AT] iasma.it or by phone at 0461 615193 or visiting the ICT webpage. Installation of non-standard software on Company PCs:in cases of absolute necessity it is possible to install additional software declared to be indispensable for work purposes by first filling in the Non-standard software installation request(only in italian, please ask it at the IT office). The request must be signed by the student’s tutor and sent to the Centre’s computer specialists, who will install the softare on the PC. The computer department has also set up a help service called GLPI electronic HelpDesk (TT-Ticket Tracking) (only in italian, use Microsoft Internet Exlporer to surf it), to improve efficiency in drafting and managing applications, problems and communication. This software makes it possible, at any time and totally autonomously,  to send messages concerning problems or other requests to the ICT-HelpDesk in a simple standard format, thus enabling the computer department to respond more rapidly. Access to this service is through pc access credentials.

7. CANTEEN: The Foundation has an in-house canteen, which can be used by all employees, collaborators, scholarship holders and consultants who have contracts with FEM. It can also be used by students (high school, university, post-graduates, visiting researchers) attending the Centre facilities for educational purposes, subject to prior authorization by the area heads concerned, using the attendance application form. The canteen is free of charge: Eur 6.00 meal vouchers are available at the Administrative Services Treasurer’s Office, located in the Monastery building on the first floor, during public opening hours (for information call 0461 615282). Foundation employees with contracts of at least one year (but only such employees, until such time as the rule is changed) may request the “Alternative canteen service with electronic meal voucher (BPE)”(only in italian). Information on this service is available in document no. 5441/3 dated 15 July 2008, or by contacting the General Affairs Office on 0461 615172/173. Project collaborators working at an outlying location may be reimbursed for meal expenses only up to the meal voucher amount allowed for employees (currently Eur 6.00), upon presentation of proper tax receipts and completion of the relevant reimbursement form (only in italian) to be sent to Ufficio Pianificazione e Controllo – Area Stipendi. This reimbursement is available only if there is no canteen service such as that existing at the central facility at   San Michele all'Adige, and provided the student concerned is present at the outlying location for at least 2 hours in the morning and one hour in the afternoon.

8. RULES GOVERNING OFFICIAL TRAVEL AND EXPENSES: Arrangements regarding procedures for managing official travel expenses authorized by tutors are defined in the document “Official travel expenses for Foundation personnel (researchers, technicians, administrators, farm, scholarship holders and project collaborators)".

9. USE OF CARS: cars are available to personnel for official travel purposes both within and outside the Province of Trento. Cars must be reserved at the Research Centre administrative office. Upon request, “KASKO” (fully comprehensive) insurance cover is available for workers using their own private cars for official travel. Download and fill in the form "Modulo KASKO per uso auto privata" (only in italian - “Fully comprehensive insurance form for private car use”) and hand it in at your research area secretary with a copy of your valid ID card. For information on the poliocy, download document No. 5199/3 dated 7 July 2008 entitled "Polizza kasko veicoli utilizzati per motivi di servizio" (only in italian - “Fully comprehensive policy for vehicles used for official travel”).

10. RESIDENCE and/or DOMICILE CHANGE: fill in the form "Comunicazione indirizzo" (only in italian - "Address communication") to communicate your change of residence or domicile. The form must be delivered, together with a copy of your valid ID, to Ufficio Risorse Umane - Servizio Amministrativo.

11. INPS –  ISTITUTO NAZIONALE PER LA PREVIDENZA SOCIALE (ITALIAN NATIONAL SOCIAL SECURITY): Work contracts of the “Project-based coordinated continuous collaboration” type need to be registered under “Gestione Separata” (Separate Management Fund) with the Trento INPS office. This registration takes place in the case of the initial contract, and is linked to the Province in which the research centre is located (people already  registered with other Regions or Provinces must register again with the Trento INPS). In order to register, download and fill in the form "Domanda di iscrizione alla Gestione Separata (art.2 comma 26 L. 8 agosto 1995 n.335)" (Application to register with separate management fund under article 2.26, Law 335 dated 8 August 1995), which you will find in the INPS Forms (“Modulistica” Section - only in italian), using the “search” function. The form should be sent, or delivered personally, with a copy of your contract, to  INPS - sede di Trento, Ufficio Gestione Separata, via Rosmini 40, 38100 Trento. You can also register on the telephone by calling the Call Centre on 803.164, or via internet using the “online services” link. Further information on www.inps.it.

12. INAIL – ISTITUTO NAZIONALE PER L'ASSICURAZIONE CONTRO GLI INFORTUNI SUL LAVORO (ITALIAN NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR INSURANCE AGAINST ACCIDENTS IN THE WORKPLACE): Insurance is mandatory, and is paid for by the employer, who must register the worker with INAIL. If the worker intends to carry out work, attend conferences or courses etc. for work reasons outside Italy, he/she must fill in the form  "Assicurazione INAIL per trasferte all'estero" (INAIL insurance for travel abroad), which can be obtained from your department office. The form is available in the server "CRI", folder “Direzione”, sub-folder "MODULISTICA - FEM Centro Ricerca e Innovazione", sub-folder "FEM forms_English version", file name “INAIL form for mission abroad.doc”. In the same folder you can find other useful forms for employee with Foundation type Collective contract.
